Don’t Call it a Comeback! *Cues Mama Said Knock You Out*
But really! I’ve been on hiatus for quite some time and lately I’ve really had the urge to create again. So here’s my latest video having a little fun with my friend Marquita.
Usually my preferred glam airs on the naturally enhanced side of things but I was feeling like a bad gal last night and decided to express that through my makeup… Then have a photoshoot in my bathroom lol (check out my mini “slay series” on my IG – @brittgarrison). But I love the way this look came out and wanted to share more info/unfiltered photos so you can see the true colors a little better.
If you want to know what products I used to get this look keep reading!
Last week I had some free time one evening and decided to play in makeup. I ended up posting this look with two different lips – I had no idea it would turn out to be such a hit (for real) but I’m so glad it did! Thanks to everyone that left comments on Facebook and Instagram! I really appreciate it 🙂
If you were one of the many folks wondering what products I used today is your luck day!
Can you believe we are in February of 2016 already!? It’s scary how fast the days and weeks fly by! It feels like we were just celebrating Christmas and New Years yesterday… Seriously.
Anyways, I wanted to start a new “series” where I post my current favorite things at the end of each month. I always see a lot of bloggers doing this and really enjoy their posts so why not chime in too!
Do you ever struggle with annoying hair bumps after waxing or shaving? If so, I don’t eveeeeen have to explain how uncomfortable and embarrassing it can be. But what I can do is share a few tips that have helped me prevent hair bumps and the dark marks they tend to leave!
Over the weekend I attended my company’s holiday party at Cuvee lounge in Chicago, IL. I was a little skeptical at first given the low ratings on Yelp, but ended up having a BLAST! The DJ was on point, there was plenty of seating, and the drinks on the special menu were so good!
Anywho, I decided to do a quick post on my Outfit Of The Night (OOTN) and glam because I was so pleased with how it all came together. Continue reading “Holiday Party OOTN”→
I just posted a new tutorial, and it’s inspired by one of the most anticipated movies of 2015…50 Shades of Grey! Now, I know Anastasia wore a very natural “normal girl” look in the movie but with all the remixed beyonce songs I came up with this look based on how the combination of the movie and soundtrack made me feel… I wanted to create a look that was so innocent, yet so damn sexy! So here it is… my “sexified” Anastasia Steel makeup tutorial :-p

My first tutorial is all about filling in your brows as I know this is a big problem area for a lot of people. It’s very short and straight to the point so it’s perfect for those who don’t have a ton of time.
I have a few surprised up my sleeve this year and I’m so excited to share them with you as time goes on. Make sure you subscribe to my channel to keep up with me!
A couple of weeks ago Tracy Garley (my fellow Spartan and Owner of Zarkpa’s Boutique) approached me about collaborating on a few events during my next trip home to Detroit. I will admit that I was a little nervous being that I have been predominantly based in Los Angeles for the past 3.5 years, in addition to the fact that I had only done one on one classes with clients and close friends! BUT, when a door opens I believe you should walk in swinging, giving it your all! So without further ado, I’m excited to announce that I will be hosting my very first makeup class in Detroit, MI on Sunday, November 16th, 2014 at Zarkpa’s Boutique! Ahhhhhh! 🙂 Continue reading ““Up The Ante” Makeup Transformation Demo Class – Detroit”→
